REBEL RIPPED

A 45 minute toning session that will target the entire body. Get ready to feel the burn through this low impact, high energy class!

REBEL PULSE 60 (BARRE)

A 60 minute energy-packed class that will lean, strengthen, and tone muscle, with a focus on core and intricate movements. Each week brings something different for continued progress in body and mind. Come pulse your way through this fun total body challenge! (Experience recommended but not required)​

REBEL FLOW AND PULSE

A little of this, a little of that!!!!! A power yoga flow with breath connection for the first 30 minutes, and barre work that will hit every part of the body for the last 30! These 60 minutes will get the mind and the body ready for the day! This class will vary from week to week with use of props, weights, and movement. Half yoga flow, and half toning at the barre.

(This class is taught in 60 min and 45 min formats)

REBEL PULSE AND FLOW

Half and Half, but opposite from the class above! This class will vary from week to week with use of props, weights, and movement. Begins with half pulsing at the barre, and ends with a power yoga flow.

REBEL CARDIO BARRE FIGHT

Kick (literally) calories to the curb in this kickboxing inspired cardio challenge and toning focused barre class!
