REBEL BOOTY EXPRESS
A 30 minute toning session that will target the lower body. Get ready to pulse your way through this 30 minute burner!
A 30 minute toning session that will target a few specific areas of the body each class. Each week will be different, but you are sure to feel it every time!
REBEL PULSE 45 (BARRE)
A 45 minute energy-packed class that will lean, strengthen, and tone muscle, with a focus on core and intricate movements. Each week brings something different for continued progress in body and mind. Come pulse your way through this fun total body challenge! (Experience recommended but not required)
REBEL FIT (BARRE)
A 60 minute fusion of a traditional barre class mixed with pilates, bootcamp, and a strong focus on core and intricate movements. This class packs it all in 60 minutes and brings upbeat fun music and tons of amazing energy! (experience recommended but not required).
REBEL FLOW AND PULSE
A power yoga flow with use of weights and barre work that will hit every part of the body and get the mind ready for the day! This class will vary from week to week with use of props, weights, and movement. Half yoga flow, and half toning at the barre.
