REBEL RIDE EXPRESS
Pedal and climb your way through this 30-minute cycling class that offers a challenging cardio boost! We will sweat, sing, and sprint our way to the top of the hill.
CYCLE / SPIN CLASSES
REBEL RIDE:INTERVALS & ARMS
This 45-minute group cycling course is a great way to start or end your day! These classes incorporate weights for arms sections to get a total body workout!
YOGA CLASSES
POWER UP POWER DOWN
An equal blend of vigorous power flow yoga and deep stretching, this Jacksonville yoga class has it all. The class will build up to a power flow for the first half of class and then slow down for restorative poses designed to open the body, release tension, and quiet the mind during the second half. You will leave feeling strengthened, centered, and restored.
REBEL WARRIOR POWER FLOW
A physically challenging and flowing yoga class from our Jacksonville yoga studio which integrates physical poses, breathwork, meditation, music, and other traditional elements of yoga designed to be fun and accessible for all experience levels. Variations and options will be offered so that each student can deepen their practice in a spacious environment. Classes are taught by teachers trained in varied yoga traditions, each with their unique “teaching voice”. The Rebel Warrior Power Flow classes add the dimension of intentionally heated rooms ranging from 80-90 degrees.
REBEL VINYASA/POWER FLOW
A physically challenging and flowing yoga class from our Jacksonville yoga studio which integrates physical poses, breathwork, meditation, music, and other traditional elements of yoga designed to be fun and accessible for all experience levels. REBEL RELAX/RELAX AND MEDITATION
Experience balance and harmony through a slow and mindful group yoga class designed to release tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. With an emphasis on self-awareness, breath, and honoring the body, this Jacksonville yoga class is appropriate for beginners and students with limitations, as well as experienced practitioners who enjoy a mindful and relaxing practice.
YIN YOGA
An inward journey of individual yoga postures, breath, and mindfulness, this yoga class encourages the release of tension on all levels — restoring mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for all levels.
BARRE CLASSES
REBEL PULSE 45
This is a 45-minute, energy-packed class that will lean, strengthen, and tone muscle, with a focus on the core and intricate movements. Each week brings something different for continued progress in body and mind at this barre class. Come pulse your way through this fun challenge! (Experience recommended, but not required)
REBEL PULSE 60
60 minutes of traditional barre, a strong focus on the core and intricate movements. In just 60 minutes, this barre class packs it all in and brings upbeat, fun music and tons of amazing energy! (Experience recommended, but not required).
REBEL RIPPED
This format comes in 30 and 45 minute classes that will lean, strengthen, and tone muscle, but is not your average barre class! Taught in a barre boot camp style, this class will brig the challenge every single time.
REBEL CARDIO BARRE FIGHT
This 45 minute class packs the punch (literally)! This class is designed to combine barre and kickboxing movements while keeping the heart rate up! The first 30 minutes of this class are cardio focused, and the last 15 are dedicated to sculpt!
YOGA + BARRE CLASS
REBEL FLOW AND PULSE
A power yoga flow with the use of weights and barre work that will hit every part of the body and get the mind ready for the day! This yoga and barre class at our Jacksonville fitness studio will vary from week to week with the use of props, weights, and movement. Half yoga flow and half toning at the barre!
INTERVAL TRAINING

30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training. Bring your energy and get ready to work! Class can be made for all levels.
